Position 

The responsibility of the Enforcement Officer (EO) is to enforce parking regulations, provide traffic direction, and support day to day operations of parking service delivery. The EO also is responsible for assisting clients in a variety of ways using the highest standards of customer service, including providing information and wayfinding, and assistance in the use of parking equipment.

Duties 

  • Enforces Parking and Traffic Regulations by issuing parking violation warnings and citations as required, occasionally arranging for cars to be towed
  • Acts as a campus community ambassador by providing information and directions
  • Assists motorists in finding appropriate parking and using parking equipment
  • Places traffic control devices as required
  • Directs traffic as required
  • Aids motorists in a variety of situations
  • Other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Grade 12 equivalent.
  • Must have a valid non-graduated Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Related industry experience desirable, cash handling, customer service experience and previous exposure to parking technology are preferred.
