In this role, you will play an important role in maintaining first-line customer contacts and processing various administrative tasks.
Your day starts with checking the mailbox and answering questions from our customers. Whether it’s providing information, forwarding requests, or solving simple problems, your friendly and professional approach will make our customers feel heard and helped.
In addition, you answer phone calls from customers. You are the first point of contact and you know better than anyone how to have a conversation to help the customer in the best possible way. For you, it doesn’t matter if it’s about an order, a complaint or a request for more information, you make sure that every customer hangs up with a good feeling.
You are also involved in:
- Preparing requests and managing our customer portal. You ensure that all customer data is correct and up-to-date, and that authorizations are requested and processed in a timely manner. This means that you are in regular contact with customers to ensure that all the necessary information is available.
- The cleaning and entry of care information & the bundling of fitting forms. You are responsible for processing the orders, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
What you can expect from us
- A one-year contract for 32 – 40 hours, with the intention to continue for a permanent contract.
- You can count on a salary that matches your position, experience and performance. This position falls into scale 5 and concerns a salary between € 2,574.01 and € 3,223.07 gross per month, based on 40 hours.
- If you perform well, you grow one step within your scale every year.
- Travel allowance according to graduated scale.
- You get 25 vacation days based on 40 hours, you can always buy a maximum of 10 more.

Job Requirements
What do we expect from you?
As a person, you are already very service-driven. You are resilient, with a healthy commercial drive.
You also have:
- At least an MBO working and thinking level.
- At least one year of experience in a service-oriented position.
- A correct knowledge of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing.
- And last but not least, during that hard work there is also time for fun, so a good dose of humor is an absolute plus.
