Manage the asset change process, including tracking and documenting changes to assets within the organisation’s portfolio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect relevant asset information and ensure accurate and up-to-date asset records.
Undertake technical and data quality assurance of asset registers, ensuring asset register compliance with the client’s B2IM standards and relevant industry standards such as NRM (New Rules of Measurement), SFG20 (Standard Method of Measurement for Building Services), and Uniclass (Unified Classification for the Construction Industry).
Ensure the asset database remains current and accurate, asset criticality is identified, asset condition is monitored and the data used to inform the Forward Maintenance Register
Develop and implement resilient processes, procedures and documents to simplify work-flow and ensure these processes are recorded and followed.
Monitor development of the Forward Maintenance Register (FMR) and delivery through the GPA’s relevant supply chains. This will include scheduled FMR reviews with the supply chain ensuring updates are captured and updated in the asset information.
Manage the GPA customised SFG20 job plan library and associated change management proposals
Support the safe, efficient and effective delivery of the asset management objectives and contract requirements; provide support to the development of the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP)
Contribute to engineering related risk management, risk register and associated reporting
Support and contribute to wider Engineering Team activities where required at management request
