Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Data Analyst in our Winnipeg Head Office. In this role you will work directly with members of the Data & Analytics team, as well as internal stakeholders across our various business units. This role will be involved in the creation and support of business intelligence reporting, data models and the growth of data literacy.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support data initiatives and define requirements.
Create data models for business intelligence reporting and develop related dashboards.
Provide support on reporting solutions and tools.
Perform ad-hoc data analysis to aid key decision-making.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency with SQL and experience with enterprise-scale database solutions and Power BI
Strong analytical and mathematical skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience with data modeling and statistical analysis, and familiarity with Python or R and related data manipulation/visualization packages
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field consider an asset
