About the role
As part of the Consumer Engagement Team, this role is at the forefront of driving the organisation’s digital presence forward. The primary responsibility of the digital analytics analyst is to support the Digital Acceleration Lead in developing innovative solutions to enhance the company’s digital footprint.
Your responsibilities
- Evaluate campaign performance across media and digital channels, deriving insights to drive strategy.
- Foster collaboration with marketing, advertising, and data teams to harmonise data-driven tactics.
- Lead the charge in optimising our brand’s digital presence and audience connection.
- Communicate intricate data insights in a clear and impactful manner to diverse stakeholders.
- Apply your sharp analytical skills to bolster Reckitt’s digital and media planning, ensuring a competitive edge.
The experience we’re looking for
- Strong digital analytics experience; GA, GSC, Google Ads, excel, commercial acumen. With traditional analyst skills such as SQL, Python as a bonus.
- Strong Working Relationships: You have a proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You understand the importance of collaboration and effective communication in achieving business goals.
- Results-Oriented: You are a results-oriented individual with a track record of success. You have a demonstrated ability to drive impact and deliver measurable results through your data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Commercial Understanding: You possess a strong commercial understanding and can effectively link media strategies to business impact. You understand the importance of driving ROI and can align your analytics efforts with the overarching business objectives.
- Strategic Thinker: You are a strategic thinker who can see the big picture while also being grounded in analytics and optimisation. You have the ability to translate complex data-driven concepts into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
- Curiosity and Desire to Help: You have a natural curiosity and a desire to help brands achieve their goals. You are constantly seeking out new opportunities and approaches to drive success.
- Data Ambiguity to Insight: You have the ability to translate data ambiguity into insight that drives impact. You can analyse and interpret complex data sets to uncover meaningful insights and make data-driven recommendations.
