This is an interview position.

GENERAL SUMMARY
Ensure timely delivery of packages to pre-determined customers on specific routes, review orders prior to delivery, load and unload the vehicle, and provide exceptional customer service.

Flexible shift opportunities (minimum and maximum hours and days of work parameters will be determined based on operational needs).

Formation

Postsecondary:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.

Certificates and professional designations:

  • Must have a valid full G license/Class 5 driver’s license

Experiment

Minimum number of years to hold this position

  • No
  • One (1) year of experience in the field of customer service

Time required to become familiar with and adapt to the task

  • Three months

Other mandatory experience

  • In the province of Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English)

Technical skills

Solid knowledge of:

  • Achieve a passing score on the pre-hire driver assessment.
  • Ability to successfully complete all basic and refresher training.
  • Lifting capacity 70 lbs
  • Some knowledge of the business of Federal Express Canada is an asset.

Interpersonal relations

  • Master human relations and communication.
  • Good command of time management and organization
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, overcome stress and work under high pressure.
