About the role
Reporting to the Sales Lead, the Sales Associate is responsible for maximizing sales of pre-sale homes and leasing properties. We are seeking a dynamic sales associate who is driven, proactive and will create an extraordinary customer experience. You can sell and rent properties in a fast-paced environment meeting our clients’ needs with a focus on our company’s core values.
This position starts at a pay rate of $23/hour + commission opportunities

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong emotional intelligence and be great at developing lasting relationships with clients and realtors
- Proven time-management skills while working under pressure
- Friendly and welcoming personality
- Proactive attitude and results-driven
- Strong organization and attention to detail
What you’ll be doing
- Responding to leads in a timely manner and continuously following up via phone and email
- Communicating constantly with the client, responding to their inquiries and being proactive in meeting their needs until a sale is complete or a lease is signed
- Crafting customer experience in conjunction with the Westbow core values
- Gathering and communicating feedback within the sales team and sharing market trends
- Executing sales strategy, sales process, guidelines, and corporate initiatives
- Ensuring weekly and monthly sales targets are met
- Managing showings for our rental properties
- Preparing sales contracts and rental leases
What we’re looking for
- 3-5 years sales experience in a similar or relevant field
- Home sales experience is an asset
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends is an asset
- Studies in business administration, marketing or sales or related field is an asset
- Experience using CRM Software Spark is an asset
- Must be able to work Saturdays
